Circa has conducted architectural surveys in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. Our professional staff has extensive experience researching, recording and evaluating properties using the National Register criteria. Our in-house GIS capabilities allow us to efficiently integrate survey data into state and local databases. Major projects include two urban residential districts in Raleigh, North Carolina, a downtown commercial historic district in Greenville, North Carolina, and a citywide survey including post-World War II resources in Georgetown, South Carolina. We have also conducted updates of earlier historic architecture surveys in Pinehurst, Hillsborough, and Greensboro, North Carolina.
